This week on MEANWHILE, Eric's taking a breather by doing more work. This time out, everybody wins, because he gets to talk to the great DANA GOULD! Stand up, Writer, Actor, Creator. He’s been involved in so many things I adore through his career from the Ben Stiller Show to the Simpsons to Hanging with Dr Z. We sat down and talked for about 2 hours. We cover some Twin Peaks and Lynch related items, including his connections to multiple members of the cast, plus we dive into other aspects of his career over the years. Like our other interviews, there will be a bonus episode over on our Patreon. So grab your favorite easy chair, put on a pair of comfortable headphones and hope for the best. You can keep up with Dana over at his website: https://www.danagould.com/ Enjoying the show? There's a lot more over on our Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/c/twinpeakspodcast

Mike has worked in the film and television industry for decades and over the course of our nearly two hour conversation we get INTO it. Mike will be auctioning off the RR Clock, which you can see here behind Norma. More details to follow...

Today on MEANWHILE, I’m thrilled to share my talk with Jay Aaseng about his time working as David Lynch’s assistant, producing INLAND EMPIRE, playing the Drunk in Twin Peaks: The Return, as well as covering his work as a writer, director, and actor. This episode spends a lot of time diving into Inland Empire and Jay’s experience working directly with David Lynch. Plus, we get into the identity of the actors in the Rabbit suits. And while we get confirmation that during one re-shoot scene Naomi Watts and Scott Coffey are very much inside those suits, Jay drops a clue that the year was likely 2002, before the Laura Dern monologue, and so before Inland Empire!! The mystery continues… Sources:
