In this episode Graeme discusses compelling new images recently discovered by solicitor Jeff Johnston. The images confirm suspicions the evidence in relation to the 'murder weapon', the garden fork has been fabricated. This has huge implications for the Qld Govt and the Qld Police Service who will no doubt dispute the accuracy of the images. Coupled with the evasive, deflecting, conflicting and unconvincing sworn evidence by a number of police officers, the only conclusion that can be reached is the garden fork was never the murder weapon and was introduced into the crime scene by a rogue police with the goal of showing Max Sica was the killer. In this episode Graeme and solicitor Jeff Johnson discuss the situation where the crown only has circumstantial evidence; followed by a discussion of the evidence available to the Crown, as it currently stands, and as is currently known, at any future retrial should an Appeal be made and successful at the Court of Appeal. Other contentious aspects of the crown case are also discussed. Jeff Johnson provides a fascinating insight to the ‘behind the scenes’ work involved in preparing a petition in a murder case.
