Show Notes

AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude can spin up a dashboard in seconds, and the results are starting to look like it. Default layouts, misused chart types, and color palettes that look like they were borrowed from a stock template. Experienced analysts can spot an AI-generated dashboard from across the room, and so can your stakeholders, even if they can't name why it feels off.

This is not an anti-AI talk. It's a call to raise the bar. In this session, we'll break down the telltale signs of an AI-generated dashboard and, more importantly, why those patterns fail your audience. You'll leave with a sharper eye for design, a practical checklist for evaluating any visual before it goes live, and a clearer sense of what separates a dashboard that drives decisions from one that just displays data. This session will change how you look at every dashboard you create or review going forward.
