What’s Really Going On at Sunderland? | Supporters’ Meeting Breakdown

The latest Sunderland AFC Supporters Collective meeting minutes have been released — and there’s plenty for Gav and Andrew to get stuck into.

From the club’s current structure to communication with supporters and the ongoing rumours surrounding a potential sale, there’s plenty to discuss.

Among the key points:

🔴 Tom Burwell is STILL Sunderland’s ‘interim’ CEO — what, if anything, can we read into that?

⚪ Communication hasn’t been good enough, according to the club — but can supporters expect things to improve quickly?

🔴 The club admits it is understaffed and underdelivering in some areas. What does that mean for supporters?

⚪ And the club has committed to monthly updates with fan groups on issues that have been raised. Is that a genuine step forward?

Gav and Andrew pick through the minutes, pull out the most interesting points and discuss what they could mean for Sunderland and its supporters.

All this and more!
