Show Notes

For women, and especially for mothers, the holiday season can feel so overwhelming. Between the expectations, the activities, and the responsibilities, it so often feels like we don’t actually get to enjoy the holidays… we just make them happen. Today on WithIn:

How I was conditioned to take on so much at the holidays and how I began to let it go

My approach to the holidays today

An exercise to help you zero in on how you truly want to spend your holiday season

The peace and beauty I experience from being sober during the holidays
