This week on the Mark Levin Show, the direct assault on our republic and Constitution is very concerning. Jack Smith abused his authority by obtaining secret subpoenas for communications from Republican members of Congress, numerous media organizations, journalists, and even the Mark Levin radio show, the only radio show in the country Smith went after, as part of his investigation into President Trump. These actions, carried out with the approval of federal judges and hidden from public view, violated constitutional protections, including separation of powers, the Speech and Debate Clause, and the First Amendment. This investigation was driven by political motives rather than justice. And make no mistake: the Biden White House was looped in on everything. Later, the events surrounding the attempted takeover of the FlyDubai airliner were nothing short of incredible. What stands out is the extraordinary heroism displayed by everyone involved: the pilot who fought for his life while still managing to save the aircraft, the passengers who helped subdue the co-pilot, and the civilians and crew who pulled the plane out of a terrifying nosedive. Meanwhile, the broader threat from Iran remains the central issue. While economic pressure and strikes against nuclear facilities have weakened the regime, the only lasting way to stop its nuclear ambitions and global terrorist activities is to remove the regime itself and support those inside Iran who are rising up against it. Gov. Gavin Newsom’s bill requiring companies that operated before 1965 to search their records for ties to slavery is misguided and hypocritical. Why are businesses targeted when the Democratic Party had deep historical ties to slavery, the Confederacy, segregation, and the Ku Klux Klan. What does Newsom have to say about the family that owns the New York Times, whose ancestors were slaveowners and were involved in the slave trade, and covered for Stalin's massacre of Ukrainians in 1932 and covered for Hitler and the Nazis, and is currently Hamas' mouthpiece? If Newsom wants to investigate slavery, look no further than current day Africa and the Middle East. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, we need to continue to reach people across the country and around the world to help turn out voters, clarify the mission, and encourage participation in the election, regardless of polls, surveys, commentators, or experts. The ultimate decision about the country's future rests with the American people, not pollsters. Election predictions have shifted from expectations of a sweeping Democrat victory to increasing uncertainty among so-called experts. We need to vote early, and bring friends, family, and members of their social and religious communities to vote as well. Also, the U.S. administration has directed embassies in Arab states across the Middle East to reduce personnel, while a reported lengthy meeting took place between Secretary Pete Hegseth and Benjamin Netanyahu. Israeli jets have been flying through Syrian and Iraqi airspace up to Iran’s border, testing conditions and keeping Iran on high alert, and that a third carrier has been deployed, which suggests that something is stirring. Iran appears to be moving equipment, uranium, or other assets to hardened locations, which proves that it is not backing down. Later, the Constitution was designed around enduring principles, protecting individual liberty from federal government intrusion while originally leaving most matters involving individual rights to the states. The Bill of Rights initially applied only to the federal government and was later extended to the states through Supreme Court decisions. Abdul El-Sayed is a Constitutional liberate, who is misrepresenting originalism and the Second Amendment by focusing on muskets rather than the broader constitutional right to bear arms. Afterward, millions of people are leaving blue states for red states because nothing is cheaper in blue states. They have higher costs for electricity, gasoline, housing, food, and property taxes. What do Democrats offer on affordability? Finally, Gov Greg Abbott calls in explains that CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood pose a great danger, which is why he designated them as foreign terrorist organizations. Yet CAIR supports his opponent, Gina Hinojosa. If elected Hinojosa would have serious consequences for Texas and the country. Texans need to get out and vote. Learn more about your ad choices. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, CNN is the Al-Jazeera of America. They have become closely aligned with and financially influenced by Qatar. CNN quietly removed highly favorable language about Qatar from promotional materials for its upcoming Global Perspectives forum in Doha after scrutiny. Qatar uses its money to buy influence across media, universities, politics, and public institutions, while promoting its interests through outlets such as Al Jazeera and relationships with organizations like Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. CNN’s Qatar-backed events, Doha bureau, and revised conference agenda demonstrate that the network has compromised its journalistic independence. CNN has effectively become a vehicle for advancing Qatari interests rather than operating as an independent news organization. Meanwhile, a movement called “Chaos, Inc.” has expanded to 101 organizations across nine countries that are coordinating, organizing, or amplifying protests in Europe and potentially the United States. These groups are connected through a Marxist-Islamist alliance, involving Antifa, Code Pink, and other left-wing activist networks, and are being funded and supported by the Chinese Communist Party, Qatar, and billionaire Neville Roy Singham. Later, Dr James Lindsay calls in and explains that the National Conservatism (NatCon) movement is attempting to replace constitutional and classical liberal conservatism with a new collectivist ideology centered on loyalty, nationalism, and state-directed notions of the common good. NatCon and its allies attack foundational influences such as John Locke, mischaracterize supporters of the Constitution as “liberals,” and promote a vision that subordinates individual liberty to national or collective interests. The movement advocates greater state involvement in economic, social, religious, and personal affairs under the banner of the common good, which he says resembles socialist or Marxist methods despite different goals. Finally, Rep Monica De La Cruz calls in to discuss her congressional race in South Texas, where redistricting has made 80% of her district new territory despite her incumbency. The district was designed to lean Republican, but economic concerns such as affordability and immigration remain top issues, and many Hispanic voters are relatively new to the Republican Party. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Americans have a crucial opportunity to reject the path that France, Belgium, and Britain have taken and to do so through voting, particularly by turning out in large numbers during early voting and on Election Day. The social and political conditions in parts of Europe could spread if left unchecked. This election is about protecting liberty, honoring the sacrifices of previous generations, maintaining the American melting pot, and ensuring that cultural and religious traditions coexist without being imposed on society through intimidation, violence, or coercion. Also, PM Benjamin Netanyahu is a crucial ally in the fight against Islamists, Marxists, and left-wing leadership in Europe and the United States. The United States and Israel cannot afford to lose this battle; we need to stand shoulder to shoulder with Israel and support militaries willing to fight persistent enemies, despite criticism from the left and isolationists. Later, Rep Scott Perry calls in to discuss his highly competitive swing district where Democrats and major donors have spent heavily to defeat him. Perry explains that he is defending the Constitution, fights government spending and national debt, and protects freedoms and privacy. Afterward, France’s recent student protests have expanded beyond school-related grievances into a broader movement supported by a network of 54 organizations, including communist and socialist groups, labor unions, political movements, environmental activists, student organizations, and Palestine-solidarity groups. Many of these organizations have helped organize, support, or amplify the demonstrations, linking concerns over education, public services, austerity, policing, military spending, and broader political issues. Finally, Washington State Senate Minority Leader John Braun calls in with an update on candidacy for Washington’s 3rd Congressional District. Braun described the challenges Republicans have faced in Washington state since losing their Senate majority nine years ago. Braun’s opponent, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, is no moderate; she has voted against lower taxes, national security funding, border security measures, parental rights, and restrictions on biological males participating in women’s sports. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Rich Valdes fills in for Mark. The upcoming midterm elections are among the most consequential in the nation’s history. It’s a choice between preserving the America people know today or moving toward a radically different future. Americans are increasingly focused on the future their children and grandchildren will inherit, law and order, constitutional principles, and the need for strong leadership to protect freedom, security, and traditional American values. We must reject the propaganda, stay engaged in the political process, and remain focused on shaping the country’s future. Also, while many conservatives hope serious consequences could follow Rep Ilhan Omar, many remain skeptical that any investigation will ultimately lead to criminal penalties. Omar’s unpopularity stems less from the marriage allegations and more from her anti-American statements throughout her political career. If Omar committed crimes, she should be held accountable, but who knows whether the political and legal system will actually produce that outcome. Later, AOC says Republicans don't want women to go to college. She is misrepresenting the issue: the government caps student loans for non-professional occupations such as nurses, teachers and social workers. AOC is trying to weaponize higher education as the GOP's war on women when it's actually a war on the Deep State. The bigger issue is that people are being lied to: AOC labels Republicans as anti-women but her supporters just accept it at face value. We need to stop with knee-jerk reactions. Meanwhile, Democratic Socialists of America candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier tells Politico that Democrats can learn from the DSA’s bold vision, a vision of abolishing ICE, jails, police, and the Senate and promising free health care for everyone. Canadians with heart trouble slip into Detroit for emergency care, and in Cuba a surgeon asks a patient’s family to bring gloves and gauze from the States, proof that government-run medicine is not the America anyone should want. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Erin Molan fills in for Mark. The midterm elections are a pivotal moment because the values, freedoms, and way of life people cherish are under threat from both foreign adversaries and domestic ideological movements. Many people across the West are unaware of these dangers, which include the Chinese Communist Party, North Korea, Iran, Islamic extremism, the Muslim Brotherhood, and a coalition of far-left, socialist, and communist forces operating within American institutions and politics. This election is a choice between those who love and want to preserve America and those she says want to transform or destroy it. Complacency is dangerous and you can defend your country by voting because the future of America and future generations depends on it. Also, Abdul El-Sayed denies that he or his family have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, even though his sister posted about it on social media. Islamic extremism poses a serious threat. Many in the West are afraid to name or confront such threats, while others unknowingly help them grow. Strength, courage, and political engagement are necessary because the threats are no longer distant but already exist within Western societies, making upcoming elections especially important. Later, NJ Republican Senate candidate Justin Murphy urged President Trump to finish the conflict with Iran, arguing that the IRGC has spread terror, oppression, and instability for decades and that the Iranian people deserve a better future. Preventing Iran from gaining power and capability to threaten America is consistent with an America First agenda. Previous presidents recognized the threat but failed to act decisively, only Trump confronted the regime. Finally, Molan takes listeners inside a Hamas terror tunnel in Gaza she entered last week while hosting an October 7 memorial and meeting Prime Minister Netanyahu, President Herzog, and the foreign minister. The tunnel, discovered only eight months ago near the Israeli border, shows how aid money built underground networks for killers rather than shelters for civilians. Learn more about your ad choices.
