A first for JGU! Today you're hearing the raw audio of my check-in reply to a Glam Body Program client who was having a very rough week and feeling like her fat loss goal was out of reach.

You find yourself in this cycle of pulling your calories down during the week to give yourself more room for "flexibility" on the weekend, but is this strategy actually getting in the way of you being lean and jacked?

Today I sit down with GBP client Michele who's 51, a mum, business owner, trainee and hyrox competitor to talk about how she's thriving whilst handling so much.

My monthly wrap up where I share what I'm reading, thinking and loving as well as updates on how my training is going! My intention with these monthly episodes is to offer you a behind the scenes look at what's it like to be existing out the other side of rigid perfectionism and into training for progress and pleasure. Hope you enjoy and I'd love to hear your feedback! Next steps...
