New details are revealed for Lakeshore Lodge, the nature-inspired resort at Walt Disney World scheduled to open in summer 2027. Walt Disney Imagineering shares a behind-the-scenes look at Lakeshore Lodge construction, the new Muppets-themed loading area for Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, and Big Thunder Mountain. A new one-hour ambience video featuring the sights and sounds of Living with the Land is now available. Disney Cruise Line extends its agreement with the Port of San Diego through 2031 with plans to increase sailings. A new promotion offers 50% off kids' fares on select Disney Cruise Line itineraries departing through early 2027. The classic Little Red elephant animatronic from the original Kilimanjaro Safaris storyline is reportedly visible on select tours at Disney's Animal Kingdom. New Bluey merchandise, including customizable headbands and jewelry, is arriving at Disney Parks and the Disney Store. The latest Star Wars Day collection features pod racing-inspired apparel.
