Show Notes
I’m starting a mini series of episodes centered around the reasons you aren’t successfully manifesting the things you want, even though you are trying. In this series I will address the things that have stopped me, and also things I have seen my clients get stopped by, so there will be several episodes on the topic. In my book, The Drive-Thru Method of Manifesting, I included a chapter on “Troubleshooting” for when your manifesting efforts don’t seem to be working. These next few episodes of the podcast will go deeper and give you some really great ways to break through those frustrating blocks that keep popping up when you are doing your best to manifest!
This week we are going to address the unhappy phenomenon of the SOS. In regular usage, an SOS is a call for help, often given by morse code or rocks on a beach in the movies. It doesn’t stand for anything, so it’s not an acronym. Though some have adopted ‘Save our Ship’ as a popular meaning, it’s just a distress signal consisting of 3 short, 3 long, 3 short… well, anything - taps, tones, lights, etc.
As humans we have the ability and tendency to send out energetic SOS signals when we are feeling subconscious discomfort about our goals. Your energetic message goes out and is picked up by people who are energetically connected to you in one way or another. This could be family, coworkers, employers, employees, friends, enemies, clients, fans, and followers. Check out this episode to find out how to maneuver this tricky situation!

It’s been a while so let me get you caught up with what The Queen of Manifesting has been manifesting lately!
Today's guest is Cheryl Love from the new podcast Redefine Your Identity
In this episode I welcome back my FIRST repeat guest! Brittany McCormick is a motivational speaker from South Africa with Cerebral Palsy - she speaks about focusing on ABILITIES instead of DISabilities. Brittany has launched a 6 month fundraiser in which she has committed to walk 100 kilometers on her treadmill, which is no small feat for someone with cerebral palsy! That is over 60 miles!! She is raising money to purchase at least 5 wheelchairs for kids in need in Capetown, South Africa after having her own wheelchair break last year and leave her nearly immobile for a month. She never wants this to happen to anyone else, so she is doing her "Purpose Walk" to help do her part to make a difference in the lives of other wheelchair-bound kids. We all have a certain level of complacency we are accustomed to, and as we accept less complacency in our lives, our friend groups will change, and that’s ok. Not everyone has to like you. In this episode I share my breakthrough about losing friends when I get skinny.
Today is my birthday so I am going to share some important things I've learned during this past year of struggles.
