Are you spending your time creating content or actually creating clients? In this episode, I explain why coaches often focus on websites, podcasts, programs, and content when what they really need to be doing is marketing and selling. I break down how these activities can feel productive while keeping you safely away from the work that directly creates clients.
I share why developing your body of work comes from coaching people, gaining experience, and deepening your own understanding over time. You'll hear why trying to create sophisticated content too early can lead to confusion and overwhelm, and why working with clients is what helps you develop your own ideas, methods, and style as a coach.
I also challenge you to look honestly at how much time you spend creating content versus creating clients. If you're not making the money you want, I want you to examine where your attention is going and whether you're willing to prioritize meeting people, building relationships, and making offers, even when those things feel more uncomfortable.

What kind of business are you actually building at 200k? In this episode, I'm breaking down the different ways coaches create a 200k business and why the path forward depends on more than revenue alone. I share how business model, leverage, skill development, and the way you spend your time all shape what growth looks like at this level.
What does it actually take to go from wondering whether your coaching business will work to crossing $200k? In this episode, I sit down with my client Sophia Hyde to unpack her journey from making $5,000 in 2021 to becoming our newest 200k earner. We talk about the thinking, decisions, and persistence that helped her build a business around refusing to choose between her work, her family, and herself.
What if you could take full responsibility for your success and still see the miracle in how you got there? In this episode, I'm exploring what I call miraculous decisions and why I believe both can be true. You can own every choice, investment, risk, and hour of work that created your results while also recognizing how extraordinary some of those decisions and opportunities were.
What makes someone choose you when they have plenty of other coaches to choose from? In this episode, I'm exploring the role authority plays in selling, visibility, and standing out in a crowded industry. I share why the difference is often not the perfect words, strategy, or sales script, but something you build internally through the way you lead yourself and your business.
Are you showing up as the kind of client you want to attract? In this episode, I'm exploring what I call the gold standard of client behavior and why becoming a better coach, entrepreneur, and leader also means becoming a better student. I share how the way you participate in other people's spaces can reveal a lot about the kind of clientele you are creating in your own business.
