We didn’t have meeting the former Taoiseach Leo Varadkar on our list of things to do in 2024 but somehow, we did it. During our conversation Leo talked to us about everything from encouraging more women into politics, meeting Donald Trump and the advice he’d give to his younger self.
Thanks so much for listening.

Julie and Brenda were up to 90 during this recording ahead of their show in the Cork Opera House last Friday. Their schedules were packed! But aside from show chat, Julie gave us the latest Rocco update as well as sharing the gift her new love interest got her. Brenda talked about her recent trip to Barcelona and thinks that maybe she’s a solo traveller through and through. It’s all here and more so all you have to do is sit back and hit play.
It’s finally the week of our Cork Opera house show and we cannot wait. It’s going to be some night. So hello September and hello to Julie’s new teeth which she tells us all about in this week’s episode. She also shares news about her fella Rocco but why is he already in the dog house? Plus, Brenda shares how she turned into a Bumble detective and caught out a married man!
Well all we can say is, if you weren’t there you missed out BIG TIME girls because we had some amount of fun in the Ah Hear! tent at Electric Picnic. We’ve had to edit some of the most scandalous bits out but there is still lots to enjoy. In this episode, Brenda and Julie talk about stage fright wees, the fight they had en route to the festival and which of the 2Johnnies they'd share a snack box with. Plus, we learn that Julie and Brenda still don’t know where the wee comes out.
In this episode the girls wonder if Brenda wearing dungarees has anything to do with dating a 29 year old. Meanwhile Julie tells us about snapchatting a Snickers pants wearer and gives us a great Snapchat tip. Brenda shocks us all by talking about running and her new role as Cork mini marathon ambassador. There’s also talk about their first periods, first time sex and both their plans for big trips away.
