Show Notes
Hello! A few weeks ago David Simon (of the Wire fame) went on a big twitter rant about Michael Collins and how he would have figured in to the Israel / Palestine conflict. Here's the original thread - https://x.com/AoDespair/status/1826443067643293905 Basically this episode is us reading Simon's tweets and making fun of how he interacts with people, but also there's a good bit of talk about Palestine so just a heads up I guess.

Hello, hope you enjoyed the first real episode on Tuesday! Here's another shite talk episode to catch up with what we're at, and plug some live shows we have coming up:
What a week it's been for the nation, a moment we'll all remember and cherish. Many people said the country wouldn't be able to band together and pack it out, but thanks to everyone who helped us fill our Mindfield tent at Electric Picnic.
Hello! Here's the audio from our live show at the Mindfield tent at Electric Picnic. We mostly talked about former president Cearbhall ó Dálaigh but there was some shite talk about early music festivals and Joe Dolan as well. You can follow the slide show along here if you like, it'll be feel like you were there in the room!
Hello, here's another episode of us talking shite about our upcoming Electric Picnic show, if you're going to the festival come say hi on Sunday morning!
Hello! We're back with another film club episode; Lenny Abrahamson's 2007 film Garage. Possibly Pat Short's debut as a serious film actor and by god it's depressing, but definitely worth a watch. We've also started a Letterboxd list of every Irish film we could think of if you want to check it, and feel free to leave suggestions for more movies below! This is the pool we'll be taking future film club episodes from.
