More from National Emergency
When random, unexplained emergency broadcasts begin taking over devices without warning, targeting individuals with survival instructions where one mistake means you disappear forever, a man is wrongly convicted of murdering his wife during the very first incident. Fifteen months later, with 600,000 emergencies now confirmed, he’s released and takes a job driving a school bus full of children in a world where the next broadcast could come at any moment.
Spine-chilling stories, paranormal encounters, and experiences that can't be explained. All of it comes through the airwaves of Midnight Radio, a late-night call-in show hosted by Raven Sinclair, a quick-witted and sharp-tongued host who finds herself trapped inside a mysterious radio station by an unknown cosmic entity. Every episode, real people call in to share their scary stories that they've never been able to explain.
Owen and Hutchins visit Jenkins, the previous bus driver who took his children into the forest to escape the emergencies. Jenkins tells them about surviving four weeks in isolation before losing his kids to a broadcast.
Agent Sarah Chen reveals Owen is one of only 48 people worldwide to survive three emergencies. After questioning Owen, Lisa, and Hutchins, Chen exposes that Lisa's house has been vandalized and the town is demanding Owen leave. She offers him 48 hours to choose: enter a federal research facility or face the mob.
