Show Notes
This morning we were joined by Lisa from the Taranaki Cancer Society, who popped in to talk all things Daffodil Day 🌼 – the importance of this iconic fundraiser, how the money raised supports people affected by cancer, and how our Taranaki community can get behind it. Then we turned up the groove! 🎶 We were joined by longtime ART FM showmakers Cheryl and Vic from Cool African Groove. We chatted about the history of their show, how it all began, their love of African music and culture, and just what has kept them behind the microphone for so many years! It’s another reminder of what ART FM is all about – community, connection, great kōrero and giving local voices a place to be heard. ❤️
