Manson: Cult, Criminal, or CIA Asset (A True Crime Documentary)

The world knows one story: “Helter Skelter.” The story of a charismatic cult leader and a doomsday prophecy. But that is only one version of the Manson case.

In this 44-minute documentary investigation, The Fairshake Files examines the Manson legend through three competing narratives:

The Cult: the official “Helter Skelter” motive presented by the prosecution.

The Criminal: the drug deals, rivalries, and copycat violence that may point to more grounded motives.

The Asset: the declassified records of MKUltra and COINTELPRO that raise deeper questions about Charles Manson, manipulation, and the political climate that shaped the era.

This is not the story you think you know.
