In this week's episode, Justin Riele joins the show. Justin is a former age-grouper turned pro triathlete. He has seen what most would call success in a very short period of time, with more to come. Justin openly discusses the processes of testing for banned substances within the pro field, as well as his take on how rare it is for all pros in the sport to be using any banned substances. He also gets into where he started his triathlon journey and where he has gone. He discusses winning his age group at World Championships and also dives into how different race dynamics are at the pro level.

What else would there be to talk about this week? The boys make their picks, talk about how they think the race will shake out and who will surprise. Short and sweet this week. Happy Kona week!
The boys are back from a short hiatus and have a packed episode. They start by recapping Tony's multi-day stage race in Canada. They follow that up by discussing Salomon becoming a title sponsor with Ironman and what that means for the future. They go over all of the incredible performances at 70.3 Worlds and what are the implications as we near Kona. They also go over Boston making a statement that the penalties for downhill races could change. Are they doing away with the penalty? Making it harder? They close out by talking about a few unfortunate mishaps in the sports world recently.
This week the guys do some brief catch up, but get right into some logistics when it comes to televising a race. How close is too close and do we need all these cameras? They also discuss the recent half marathon world record and will it fall again quickly. Is a marathon world record looming as well? Short and sweet this week.
This week the guys waste no time and start by discussing the recent pricing for Ironman 70.3 Oceanside. Are we doomed to keep this inflation going? They also shift gears and discuss the recent conrtroversy surrounding the WNBA, Sophie Cunningham and trans rights when it comes to sports. Should there just be one league, one division? Where is the line drawn? They finish it up by discussing the most recent hybrid runfluencer making a marathon they didn't register for about themselves.
After a short hiatus, what they are calling a summer break, Austin and Tony are back. The boys start by catching up about some racing that Tony has been doing. They get into the discussion about carious cooling tech and if it's worth it. They also discuss the newly announced lottery pool for the Boston Marathon. Should Boston just be for the elite? They also cover the new mile reocrd set by Josh Kerr and what it means moving forward. The guys close it out by discussing Ironman's recently cancelled and shortened races based on adverse conditions.
