Chris Forsberg and Tom Giles discuss the Celtics’ 125-124 win over the Brooklyn Nets in overtime. In what should have been an easy win, the Nets turned this game into a rock fight. The Celtics had the win in hand, but costly late-game errors allowed Brooklyn to force overtime, and, with the game looking like a loss, it took an absurd shot from Jayson Tatum to win it for the C’s. He ended his night with 40 points, 4 rebounds, 8 assists, and 0 turnovers.
Fosberg and Giles dive deep into Tatum’s night, breaking down that final play. They explain what they liked and what they didn’t like about it. They also discuss Tatum’s decision making throughout the entire game. Plus, they highlight several other players who were major factors in Tuesday’s win.
