To that end, Haritz Echarren (IRD) and Markéta Šonková (IRD) spoke with Dr. Jovan Kurbalija, the Executive Director of DiploFoundation, an international non-profit organization dedicated to building expertise and conducting research in digital diplomacy, internet governance, and technology policy.
