A federal judge just told Trump in effect to “Sit Down” for a deposition by December 11 or risk having his “10 billion Dollar Lawsuit” against the BBC for damages related to his Jan6 kick off speech dismissed. Popok, a master of video depositions, explains why video depositions are used (disclosing some trade secrets while he is at), and why Trump may be seriously thinking about dropping the case given his track record when ordered to depositions in civil cases.
