In this episode of America’s Frontlines:
Colonel Denny and Matt ask: With Maduro gone and America looking to Venezuela’s vast oil reserves, can the country actually rebuild? They examine one of the enormous challenges facing Venezuela after years of economic and political turmoil: millions of Venezuelans have left the country, including many of the engineers, medical professionals, technicians, and other skilled workers who could be critical to rebuilding its energy infrastructure, economy, and essential services. Colonel Denny and Matt also examine a rapidly changing international landscape—from renewed diplomatic efforts to bring the United States and Iran back to the negotiating table and Israel drawing a firm line over the Golan Heights, to continuing concerns about Russia and NATO and the challenges facing American military families affected by months of conflict in the Middle East. Together, these stories raise an important question: What happens when diplomacy, deterrence, and military readiness all collide? Of course, Colonel Denny delivers another round of his trademark humor and one-liners to brighten the day and bring a few smiles along the way. Our featured guest is Jim Simpson, an author who has written extensively about radical Islam, Sharia, and what he describes as the relationship between Islamist movements and other political ideologies. Jim joins Colonel Denny to discuss his research, the arguments he has presented in several books, and his concerns about the potential implications for American society, national security, religious liberty, and constitutional government. Colonel Denny and Matt also continue our regular journey through military history, revisiting significant events that occurred around this date and remembering the victories, sacrifices, mistakes, and hard-earned lessons that helped shape the nation—and the world—we live in today. Navy veteran Theresa Robinson returns with another installment highlighting the women who have served our country. This time, she introduces us to Army veteran Jill Hinton Wolfe, who shares her experiences in uniform, the lessons she carried forward from her service, and some important messages that veterans and civilians alike will want to hear. And to wrap up the program, retired Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer Roland Ashby returns with another installment of “Warrant Wisdom.” Roland once again brings his years of experience and unique perspective to the microphone—and this one is particularly interesting, so you’ll want to stick around until the end.
From rebuilding Venezuela and navigating an increasingly complicated international security environment to examining ideological threats, remembering our military history, hearing the experiences of a female Army veteran, and another dose of Warrant Wisdom, this episode covers a lot of ground while continuing the America’s Frontlines mission of supporting those who serve and keeping Americans informed about the issues affecting our country.

They discuss why continued American leadership in space exploration matters—not only for scientific discovery, but also for technological innovation, national security, and the next generation of explorers. They examine the economic and military considerations surrounding that debate, along with the remarkable longevity of America's strategic bombers and nuclear submarines, allegations of North Korean operatives infiltrating American businesses, and China's ambitious efforts to expand its influence in Europe's automobile industry.
