He Saw God. Then He Died
Four years ago, a man died in a locked university basement, his hands burned to fragments, with no official report or investigation. The man who witnessed it stayed silent for years, and his eventual account changes everything: not how the man died, but what he saw before he did. What kept him quiet for so long?
In this episode, we delve into the chilling story of Alan Bailey, a 26-year-old skeptic who took a job assisting his uncle, Dr. Richard Blackwater, a theoretical physicist and theologian at Ohio University. Blackwater believed he was close to scientifically proving the existence of God, conducting secret research in a decommissioned basement lab. What did Alan encounter in that hidden room that led to his death and a campus-wide power outage?
