Is the Lone Star Tick a Bioweapon? The Truth About Alpha Gal Syndrome | Dr. Gabrielle Lyon
Keeping It Real: Conversations with Jillian MichaelsShow Notes
The “climate tick.” Alpha-gal Syndrome. A delayed meat allergy that makes you violently allergic to steak. Did the Lone Star tick just evolve on its own… or did someone help it? Online it’s being branded the "climate tick": a tiny "weapon" some say is tied to Bill Gates, UN and WEF diet agendas, Cold War bioweapon programs, and gain-of-function research gone wrong...
In this episode of Keeping It Real, Jillian Michaels dives straight into the most viral conspiracy theories. We fact-check claims that Lyme disease started as a military bioweapon project linked to Plum Island, that ticks were genetically engineered or "tuned" in labs, and that today’s sudden meat-allergy crisis is a coordinated agenda to push lab-grown and plant-based meat. . We walk through the actual timelines, funding records, and declassified cold war insect-warfare operations to show why so many people connect the Lone Star tick, Alpha-gal, Plum Island, and Lyme into one story.
Jillian breaks down the receipts around bio labs, gain-of-function debates, vaccine programs, exploding tick populations, and a meat allergy that’s suddenly showing up in hundreds of thousands of Americans.
Then, functional medicine expert Dr. Gabrielle Lyon joins the show to unpack:
The Science of Alpha-gal: What it is and how to know if you are exposed.
Hidden Triggers: Why red meat, gelatin capsules, dairy, lard, and even common medications (like heparin or thyroid hormones) can trigger a massive reaction..
The Symptoms: How nighttime hives, severe GI crises, and "mystery" anaphylaxis strike 3 to 6 hours after eating and often get misdiagnosed.
The Exercise Connection: How physical workouts and gut permeability (leaky gut) can make your allergic symptoms worse.
Practical Steps: How to prevent Alpha Gal Syndrome and subsequently what to do if you already have it.

More from Keeping It Real: Conversations with Jillian Michaels
Midterm elections 2026: Obama’s El-Sayed problem, the billionaire money behind Talarico, and the ActBlue scandal nobody will answer for.
Nate Friedman walked into the protests, the migrant shelters, and the neighborhoods the media won’t show you, and came back with footage that gets him banned, threatened and followed. Now he’s telling Jillian Michaels who’s paying for it, who's profiting off it, and why he believes America has less time than anyone thinks.
Shane Gillis SNL firestorm, the Cornell 7 "I Am Jane Doe" revolt, and the Katie Zacharia attack that exposed the left three weeks before the midterms. With the midterms weeks away, the party that built its entire brand on protecting women, minorities, and the oppressed just got caught, on camera, doing the opposite on every single front. Kathy Hochul and Bruce Blakeman clashed in the New York governor debate over illegal immigration, Mamdani, and crime, and one answer from Hochul may have handed Republicans the exact clip they need in November. Social and political commentator Anthony Rispo joins Jillian to break down why the woke moral script is collapsing in real time, from the Shane Gillis SNL monologue to the Cornell 7 case to a France riots solidarity stunt so insane it has to be seen to be believed. Then, Ziwe sat Hasan Piker down and asked the internet's favorite socialist one question about Karl Marx and his $2.7 million house, and he never recovered. The new White House press secretary Katie Zacharia got hit with an attack the left swore it would never use on a woman. And Dan Levy, Letitia James, Bernie Sanders, and Tucker Carlson all show up, and not one of them comes out clean. Rispo, a Columbia-trained psychologist, lays out the actual science behind why people set themselves on fire for a cause, scream "I am Jane Doe" at strangers, and call a comedian a rapist over a gym joke. If Democrats can't see this pattern, November is going to hurt.
Allegations against Ilham Omar just got WAY WORSE after federal agents raided her home in a criminal fraud investigation, James Talarico vanishes for nine critical days but won’t do the one thing that actually clears his name, and Trump cuts a massive diesel deal with Vladimir Putin that could save the midterms for the GOP.
A juror from the O.J. Simpson trial looked into a camera and admitted why she really voted to set him free. Nicole Brown Simpson’s sister Denise Brown says her family knew long before that, and she tells Jillian Michaels about the warning that tipped them off before hand.
