When a man is struck by a car and killed, in front of on-lookers, it's assumed that within a few hours his next of kin will be informed.
But in this case - police are unable to work out who the man might be. They receive a possible address... discover that he's a regular in one of the local pubs, and even recover a mobile phone from his pocket. The police are even provided a name for their mystery man, and a recent photograph of him. And yet - no loved ones, no friends or family, are located.
