Out Of My Mind (Main Mix)

Bringing a sun-drenched surge of energy to Jackies Music Records, French standout Baccus delivers “Out of My Mind,” a track that perfectly encapsulates the spirit of a high-summer club heater. A central figure in the modern French House landscape, Baccus has built a reputation for weaving "French Touch" elegance with funk and minimal nuances—a signature sound that has seen him grace the booths of the Rex Club and shared stages with legends like Kerri Chandler and Folamour. With “Out of My Mind,” he leans into his most potent "secret weapon": his voice. Having trained as a singer since childhood, Baccus provides his own vocals here, anchoring the track’s rolling bassline with a raw, human soul that he describes as "reshaping the essence of funk for the club."

The result is a masterclass in dancefloor physics, where punchy kicks and a lively, tailor-made bassline provide a relentless foundation for the track’s feel-good atmosphere. As the founder of Groovytude Records and a collaborator with the likes of Oden & Fatzo and Black Loops, Baccus knows exactly how to balance underground credibility with peak-time accessibility. “Out of My Mind” doesn't just fill a gap in a set; it captures the specific, high-voltage energy Baccus is known for bringing to iconic festivals like We Love Green. It’s a rolling, funky house anthem that feels like a warm breeze hitting a crowded terrace—nostalgic in its soul, fresh in its execution, and unapologetically designed to spread positivity across global dancefloors from Paris to Barcelona.
