Amalek_ The Old Testament Antichrist and the Origin of Israel_s First Enemies
Unraveling the ScripturesShow Notes
Amalek was Israel's first enemy, attacking the weak and weary in the wilderness. God declared eternal war against them and commanded their memory to be blotted out. Centuries later, Haman the Agagite tried to finish what Amalek started. And some Bible commentators see in this ancient nation a type—a shadow—of the Antichrist himself. This episode explores the biblical story of Amalek, the origin of Israel's first enemies, and the dark typology that links them to the end of days.
