Post Moves with Candace Parker & Aliyah BostonShow Notes
She’s an iconic sports reporter and commentator, Hall of Famer, Emmy Award winner, owner of LOVB’s San Francisco Signal, and a cancer survivor. She’s Holly Rowe to most—but here on Post Moves, we know her as Wiki-Holly.
Holly joins Candace Parker to talk about her legendary broadcasting career, somehow covering WNBA Playoffs and college football in the same weekend, her game day prep, and the journey that’s led to three decades covering collegiate and professional sports.
Then it’s time to talk WNBA Playoffs! The two recap the biggest moments from the First Round, including why having Breanna Stewart ALWAYS gives you a chance to win, Olivia Miles navigating her first WNBA Playoffs, the intense Las Vegas Aces vs. Indiana Fever matchup, DeWanna Bonner’s veteran playoff experience, and the Golden State Valkyries making noise in the postseason.
Plus, Holly opens up about her work away from the sidelines through the Joy+US Foundation and how her own cancer journey inspired her to use her platform to support and bring joy to others facing cancer.
