Gas It Out

Show Notes

Pedro Acosta is finally a MotoGP winner - and what a way to do it!

After throwing away the Sprint with a bizarre mistake while leading, then crashing again in Sunday warm-up, "The Shark" bounced back to take his maiden MotoGP victory at KTM’s home Grand Prix in Austria.

Gav, Neil and a returning Sylvain break down Acosta’s breakthrough weekend, why the KTM worked so well with Michelin’s reinforced rear tyre, and what went wrong for Ducati and Marc Marquez.

Plus, Jorge Martin takes control of the World Championship, Marco Bezzecchi has ground to make up, the latest uncertainty surrounding Qatar, Moto2 and Moto3, and what - if anything - we can learn from the first proper look at the new 850cc MotoGP bikes.

And SG returns from the Bol d’Or with a few stories of his own and a nice new cap... Check out YouTube for a video version of the pod, and get in contact with the boys @gasitoutpod on Instagram. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
