Show Notes
On this very special bonus episode, Brian talks with friend of the show Jim Branscome, the programmer behind the American Cinematheque film series Cinematic Void. Dedicated to showcasing oddball gems across all genres, the Void unleashes an onslaught of horror, Eurotrash, exploitation, and gonzo action on the silver screen, including seasonal series like January Giallo and Camp Void. Celebrating its ten-year anniversary this February, Cinematic Void has a lot to look back on. Jim joins Brian to discuss how the series came to be, what he's programming to commemorate a decade of big-screen mayhem, and shares a list of ten of his favorite films and screenings from Cinematic Void over the years.
