Hosts Karen and Will explore the restructuring of the A.R.E. Field Volunteers Outreach Program with Judith Stevens — founder of the A.R.E. Prison Outreach Program, manager of the Study Groups Program, and National Field Volunteers Coordinator. Judith began her work with A.R.E. in 1968 and has been a dedicated student of the Cayce material for over 50 years. Over the decades, she has overseen four major outreach initiatives and refers to A.R.E. members as the "arms and legs" of the organization — a group she holds in the highest regard. After three years of dedicated collaboration, Judith and her team have introduced a new Community Affiliates Program designed to better support members in all 50 states. The country has been divided into six regional Community Affiliates: Western, Southwest, Peaks to Plains, Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast. Each region has designated points of contact who help uphold the A.R.E.'s mission, maintain consistency across Study Groups, and provide the necessary resources and support — no matter where members are located. To find out which Community Affiliate you belong to, how many fellow members are in your region, and who to contact locally, visit: 👉 edgarcayce.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/ARE-Community-Affiliates-Map.pdf For further information, you can contact Judith Stevens directly: 📞 (757) 457-7237 📧 [email protected]

On this episode of New Awakenings with Edgar Cayce's A.R.E., host Karen is joined by Nadira Grubbs, Event Coordinator at the A.R.E. Nadira shares powerful insights into how the mind–body–spirit connection impacts our mental health and overall well-being. She explores A.R.E. programs designed to support this connection, from movement practices like somatic yoga and chair yoga to breathwork as a sacred bridge that connects us to our hearts and helps release tension. Nadira also highlights the healing benefits of bodywork offered at the A.R.E. Health Center & Spa and its accredited massage therapy school, where aligning the nervous system and cerebral spinal health can help prevent disease and restore balance. With every practice—whether movement, meditation, or mindful breathing—we are reminded that true health requires harmony of mind, body, and spirit. On this episode of 'New Awakenings with Edgar Cayce's A.R.E.', hosts Karen and Will explore the spiritual world of mediumship with featured guest, Karen Noé. Karen is a renowned New Jersey-based psychic medium, spiritual counselor, and healer with a two-year waiting list. She is the author of We Consciousness: 33 Profound Truths for Inner and Outer Peace, Your Life After Their Death: A Medium's Guide to Healing After a Loss, and Through the Eyes of Another: A Medium's Guide to Creating Heaven on Earth by Encountering your Life Review Now. She is the founder of the Angel Quest Center in Ramsey, New Jersey, where she teaches classes, gives readings, and practices alternative healing. Learning to connect with angels and loved ones who've passed begins with softening your energy, slowing your mind, and opening your heart to subtle realms. These beings communicate through vibration, gentle sensations, inner whispers, sudden knowing, symbolic dreams, signs, and emotional warmth. Creating quiet space through meditation, breathwork, or prayer invites their presence, and speaking to them with sincerity, aloud or in your mind, sets the energetic invitation. As you trust the impressions you receive, your channel becomes clearer. The veil between worlds is thinner than we've ever been taught. To learn more about connecting with angels and spirits, come see Karen Noé present the Mediumship Training Conference: Opening the Gateway to the Beyond at the A.R.E. January 23-25, 2026. On this episode of New Awakenings with Edgar Cayce's A.R.E., hosts Karen and Will welcome Suzanne, the Prison Services Coordinator at the A.R.E. Suzanne shares how the program builds bridges of hope and compassion for incarcerated individuals through mentorship, study groups, and access to Cayce's work. With the help of dedicated volunteers, every prison guest is paired with a mentor, letters are carefully processed, and donated books are stamped and sent to prison libraries across the country. Many inmates also send artwork and reflections, which Suzanne features on the podcast as a reminder of the beauty that emerges when connection and service meet.
On this episode of 'New Awakenings with Edgar Cayce's A.R.E.', host Karen and Will dive into intuitive gifts and psychic development with featured guest, Happy Ali. Happy is the author of The Intuition Bible: How and Why to Tap into Your Inner Wisdom and the Charisma Within. With a BA degree in psychology from UCLA, he is a generational prophetic dreamer and intuitive, certified master NLP practitioner, certified master clinical hypnotherapist, and host of the Happy Insights podcast. His spiritual journey began in 1995 when he dedicated his life to the exploration of metaphysical disciplines after a near-death experience that inspired a dramatic awakening. Now, Happy teaches and shares the Subconscious Manifestation Methodology he created globally. Trusting your intuition means choosing to honor the quiet, immediate knowing that arises within you and allowing your inner voice to lead without logic or proof. It's a sacred act of self-belonging, recognizing that your soul already knows what your mind is trying to figure out. By listening deeply, responding to subtle cues, and acting on the guidance you receive, you signal to the universe and to your own spirit that you are ready to naturally begin awakening your spiritual and psychic gifts.
