What if the fear keeping you small was built at a time when you didn’t know what you were capable of?

In this live conversation, Cathy is joined by executive and communication coach Lauren Weinstein to talk about confidence, visibility, limiting beliefs, fear of judgment, and perfectionism. Lauren shares the elephant metaphor from her TEDx talk and explains how old beliefs can keep us playing small even after we’ve outgrown them.

Cathy also shares stories about Matthew McConaughey and Christina Perri as reminders that being seen is not about performing perfectly. It is about showing up, contributing what is yours to give, and trusting yourself enough to begin.

Lauren explains why confidence is built through action and repetition. The people we admire became great because they were willing to start small, be imperfect, and get the reps.

This episode is for you if you are ready to stop overthinking what other people think, move through your fear of visibility, and let yourself be seen before you feel completely ready.
