I Opened the Hatch. It's Heading for Earth's Core

A man named Owen stumbled upon a pond where nothing grows, the surrounding trees singed, and the air thick with ash. Buried beneath its murky surface for 54 years, 7 months, and 8 days was something that spoke to him, revealing secrets of human consciousness and a dead woman named Jamie, before ascending as a curved arc of light and driving itself towards the Earth's center. If it could show him things powerful enough to break him, why did it need his permission at all?

In this episode, we delve into Owen's terrifying encounter with an unknown entity that lay hidden in a desolate pond, exploring the profound questions it left behind about grief, existence, and the consequences of opening a hatch to the unknown.
