What would happen if you wrote down exactly where you wanted to be 10 years from now?
When Craig and Nicole Zuber were $842,000 in the hole, Craig wrote a letter describing a future that seemed impossible. Ten years later, they discovered just how much of that life they had built. From financial struggles to building successful businesses, and creating a life filled with purpose, their journey shows what can happen when we get clear on where we want to go.
Nicole joins us to share the incredible story behind The 10-Year Letter, the five-step framework to building a future with purpose, and why the most important goals we set have little to do with business. We also explore how our identity shapes our future, why traditional goal setting often falls short, and how having a clear vision can guide us through life's toughest challenges.

Watch the full episode on our YouTube channel: youtube.com/@mreapodcast What if the key to building a $200 million real estate business was making everything simpler? Jason Huerkamp went from commercial pilot to struggling real estate agent before building a team that now does more than $200 million in annual sales. His approach is built on checklists, repeatable systems, and treating The Millionaire Real Estate Agent as an operating manual (as opposed to a book we read once and put on the shelf). We break down the lead generation machine behind the business, including Zillow Preferred, Realtor.com, an 8.64% Zillow conversion rate, and Jason’s aggressive 10-day follow-up plan. We also dig into the team’s 72-touch database strategy, four annual client events, and a content engine that puts out about 100 pieces every week while generating 2,500 to 3,000 hours of YouTube watch time each month. Jason’s message is simple: protect lead generation, know your numbers and remove friction wherever you can. If our businesses feel more complicated than they need to be, this episode gives us a model for stripping them back to what actually drives results.

Janine Igliane has built that kind of presence through one of real estate’s most proven lead generation strategies: geographic farming. Her small but mighty team closes more than 110 units and over $60 million in annual volume, with most of the business coming from the farm she built over 13 years. We break down Janine’s six-part farming model, including monthly postcards, personal emails, her “letter of the heart,” social media, blog content, and traditional listing marketing. Put it all together and she is running, roughly, a 120-touch system each year. The strength of the model isn’t in its complexity. It’s the consistency, personalization, and a relentless focus Janine has in becoming the local expert. Janine also takes us back to the beginning, when she had three young kids and almost no marketing budget. She started by knocking doors three days a week and personally hanging flyers around the neighborhood. Today, she markets to 4,100 homes. We also dig into how Janine uses personal stories, client wins, community content, and AI to stay visible and build trust.
