Show Notes
Hey cuties! Welcome back for another episode of ‘Ratbag!’. This week we are joined by comedian, writer, performer, DJ and all round icon - Alex Hines. Whether you know her as her absurd and deeply lovable character Slug Girl, or have seen in her hit show ‘Girl Culture’ or perhaps opening for Hannah Gadsby, you are gonna love this episode, we just know it! In today’s episode we chat everything from Alex’s Beanie Baby collecting era, her search for the lost drink ‘Diet Coke’, having a flat arse and much much more. We of course open up our hotline for all your burning questions and then end with an improvised song about her Grimace flask. It’s a real fun one. We hope you enjoy! See you on Thursday for another ‘Ratfood!’ Love ya! Mel and Sam Follow Alex Hines here: https://www.instagram.com/alex.hines___?igsi=NzRtZ2VoZ3pmajZu

Mel & Sam would like to acknowledge that Ratbag is being recorded on Stolen Land.
The original custodians of this land have had a rich history of storytelling for over 65,000 years, and we pay our respects to the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation whose land we are recording Ratbag on.
Treaties were never signed. Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
