Exposed: Scandalous Files of the Elite

Show Notes

We start with a Baton Rouge man facing charges after his 92-year-old father was found beaten to death inside the family home—despite a protective order already in place from a prior assault. Then we head to the Poconos, where a mother has been charged in the double homicide of her husband and 3-year-old son inside a Great Wolf Lodge hotel room. Authorities say she called for help afterward, telling responders she wanted to be with them. From there, the stories only get stranger. A Brazilian man is planning to remarry the wife who severed his penis after she learned he cheated on her—and he’s using compensation money from the incident to fund the wedding and a prosthesis.

In Florida, an ICU nurse was arrested after a patient’s family member watched her siphon fentanyl from an IV bag she wasn’t even assigned to. In our Lustful Lawbreakers segment, a FaceTime call that started one way ends in charges and exposure. We dig into the newly released 911 recordings from Christa Pike’s botched execution attempt in Tennessee, which reveal delays, code confusion, and a prison call initially dismissed as false. Actress Selma Blair is in the news after an alleged in-flight meltdown that left flight attendants injured and led to assault charges—her team points to a medical emergency and missed medication.

We also cover the final moments of Florida inmate James “Chicken-Head” Robertson, executed after he killed his cellmate specifically to land on death row. When asked for last words, he kept it short. In International Indiscretions, German police seize a humanoid robot after it allegedly groped a teenage girl outside a fast-food restaurant while the incident was livestreamed. And a Florida woman’s Instagram beef escalates into a nightclub fight involving a snatched necklace and a bite.

Overtime brings the Goliath roller coaster tragedy at Six Flags Over Georgia, where a beloved local teacher was ejected from the ride and fell to his death; an 84-year-old Louisiana man’s explosive arrest after investigators say he was manufacturing and selling homemade devices near a school (Elderly Outlaws); a jet ski sexual assault case; and the San Diego chef who was quietly running a kitchen for years under an alias before U.S. Marshals caught him as a long-time Iowa fugitive wanted in a kidnapping and shooting.

In the halls of a Reno, Nevada middle school, Caitlin Rock’s job was to help kids who were already struggling. As an intervention specialist for the Washoe County School District, she worked with students who had attendance problems at Billinghurst Middle School — kids who needed an adult they could trust. Instead, prosecutors say she targeted one of them. Beginning when the boy was just 13, Rock — a married mother in her mid-40s — allegedly spent more than a year and a half grooming, texting, and more. The relationship continued until the victim was 14, when his mother tracked his phone one night after he snuck out and the truth began to unravel.

Next up, Brittni Collops, a Fort Worth-area English teacher and basketball coach whose text messages and sexual contact with students led to multiple convictions and a prison sentence, followed by early release.

In Baton Rouge LA, A City Hall bathroom becomes a crime scene, Gypsy Rose Blanchard says her partner died of an overdose on his birthday, and Tennessee’s botched execution of Christa Pike leaves lawyers saying she may never recover. Gypsy Rose Blanchard tells reporters she believes Ken Urker overdosed in Raceland, Louisiana, on his 34th birthday. Deputies found drug paraphernalia and a handgun at the scene. A 20-year-old Cornell student says she walked into a Chi Phi party on the night of October 19, 2024, and did not walk out the same. In a lawsuit filed nearly two years later, the woman identified only as Jane Doe alleges she was plied with alcohol and ketamine inside the fraternity house and sexually assaulted by seven members of the chapter while she was unable to consent. She reported the night to Cornell police weeks afterward. Tompkins County prosecutors reviewed her statement and closed the case without charges. That decision held until September 16, 2026, when Jane Doe sued Cornell, Chi Phi, her own sorority, and the seven men, accusing the university and law enforcement of failing her.
