Show Notes

Sean entered the Army in 1990 through the Rep-63 program and became one of the youngest soldiers to successfully complete Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS) and the Special Forces Qualification Course (Q Course). Over a career spanning more than 30 years, he graduated from the Special Forces Combat Dive Qualification Course and U.S. Army Ranger School, led Foreign Internal Defense (FID) missions throughout Central and South America, deployed in support of operations in both Afghanistan and Iraq, and ultimately served at some of the highest levels of U.S. Army Special Operations.

Sean explains what separates elite teams from average ones, how leaders build trust instead of demanding it, why culture always outweighs talent, and the lessons that continue to shape his life long after retirement.
