Summary
In Israel, the recent parliamentary elections have concluded with the Likud party, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, receiving the most votes. However, Netanyahu's ability to remain in power is uncertain as his party cannot govern alone and must seek coalition partners. Gadi Eisenkott, leader of the Yashar party, is also vying for the premiership. The situation remains fluid, with the potential for new elections if parties fail to reach an agreement.
Protests erupt across Italy as citizens express dissatisfaction over rising living costs, particularly high rents and inadequate public services. Demonstrators, including many young people, voice their frustrations in major cities like Rome. Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni acknowledges the issues and promises to improve conditions for young Italians to prevent emigration.
