We were ready to clown on this one. We did not clown on this one.
Pumpkin Regatta Romance premiered on Hallmark Channel on September 26, 2026, and it turns out a movie about people paddling hollowed-out foam pumpkins across a lake is genuinely charming. Mishael Morgan stars as Nadine, a marina owner trying to bring back her town's beloved pumpkin regatta after a decade-old feud between her father and the local pumpkin farmer shut it down. Corey Sevier plays Ethan, the pumpkin farmer's son and the one who got away.

More from Girls Gone Hallmark | Hallmark Movie Reviews
Mr. Fix It spent the entire movie being Mr. Mess It Up. We review Mr. & Mrs. Christmas: why Sophie is the best character of opening weekend, why a Christmas movie about a budget is a choice, and why Megan is thrilled about the mistletoe. Ratings: 2.75 and 3.5.
Marsha Mason, Malört shots, and the best hair we’ve ever seen in a Hallmark movie. We review Holiday Touchdown: A Bears Love Story and land in different places on whether the story underneath holds up.
Listen to our review. We kick off Countdown to Christmas 2026 with ’Tis the Season for Setups and end up talking about parenting regrets, the forehead kiss that almost happened, and the most pointless secret relationship of the season. Plus, one of us wants a “Queen of No Fun” t-shirt, and we argue about whether a Christmas escape room even counts.
Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story brought Hallmark Channel and the NFL back together for a second football-themed Christmas romance in 2025. Following the success of 2024’s Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story, the second movie in the Hallmark and NFL partnership headed to Buffalo Bills country, starring Holland Roden and Matthew Daddario as longtime neighbors Morgan and Gabe. Set against the traditions and passionate fandom of Bills Mafia, the story follows the pair as they search for the mysterious Christmas benefactor who once helped Morgan’s family - and discover that their own relationship may be turning into something more.
Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story kicked off a new era of football-themed Christmas movies for Hallmark Channel when it premiered in 2024. Starring Hunter King and Tyler Hynes, the movie was the first collaboration between Hallmark and the NFL and brought together holiday romance, Kansas City Chiefs fandom, and plenty of familiar faces from Chiefs Kingdom. Set in Kansas City and centered around one family’s bid to become the team’s “Fan of the Year,” Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story launched what has since become an annual Hallmark football tradition, with the Buffalo Bills getting their turn in 2025 and the Chicago Bears joining the lineup in 2026.
