Don Lewis' longtime executive assistant, Anne McQueen, told police that the only Will and Power of Attorney she knew about was under her desk. Don Lewis had made McQueen the executor of his Will and Power of Attorney of his Life Insurance, but after his disappearance, a new Will and Power of Attorney emerged naming his wife Carole Baskin as the executor. Fast forward to June 2020, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister announces that the Will had been forged.
