Take It Or Leave It is a punk rock band from Rockland County, NY blending raw energy with catchy pop punk hooks. Influenced by Rancid, Alkaline Trio, The Offspring, Blink-182, Sum 41 and NOFX, their music is rowdy but melodic, and always emotionally charged.
