I am so excited to introduce you to my first guest on Spilling The Tea - one of my fabulous friend's Seona! After 10 years on the pill, Seona decided it was time to go hormone free. However, what she was not prepared for was the post pill acne, the 101 day cycles and the PCOS diagnosis that followed.
This is such a common post pill side effect that I see with clients and I am sure lots of you have been there too i.e. panicking around the 6 month post pill mark and ending up back on birth control! Is this episode, we talk through Seona's experience; the medical treatments she was offered, the supplements that she used, the birth control she has found works for her and most importantly words of wisdom and encouragement from someone who has been through it all and has come out with fabulous skin and regular cycles on the other side!

On this episode I am joined by a fabulous guest Rebecca Murphy. Rebecca is a midwife and lactation consultant and she chats to me about her experience in working in Ireland, Dubai and Australia and the breastfeeding tips she picked up along the way.
This week I am chatting about one of my most requested topics - my labour story!
Pregnancy loss affects atleast 1 in 5 women. So I felt that i couldn't tell Theo's story (my beautiful 5 month old baby) before I shared this story first.
In this episode, I have the fabulous Jessica O’ Dwyer back on the pod. This is a follow on from our 1st episode we recorded in 2023 (which was one of my most listened to episodes!)
Welcome back to Spilling The Tea. This is episode 3 of a 3 part series which are a little different to our normal hormone chats.
