It's a fiery week this week Soulies, and this energy is set to stay for the coming weeks as well.
This might look like suppressed anger bubbling to the surface - keep an eye on your skin, and any flares like eczema, psoriasis ,and histamine reactions, as well as emotional releases and potentially some bigger physical purges as well.
The best thing we can do to hold ourselves in any collective chaos, is tend to our inner worlds as best we can. Take care of yourself and your family - your inner world - to bets face the chaos of the outer world in coming weeks.
