We live in a world where promises are easily made—and just as easily broken. Integrity can feel rare, and keeping your word often seems optional when circumstances change. But in 2 Samuel 9, we meet a king who does something unexpected. At the height of his power, David looks back—not to settle scores, but to keep a promise. In this message from our Rise and Fall of a King series, Pastor Jeff Bucknam walks us through one of the most beautiful pictures of covenant faithfulness in Scripture. As we see David’s kindness toward Mephibosheth, we’re reminded that God keeps His promises—and that His grace welcomes the undeserving to the King’s table.Executive Producer: Flavius HerloSpeaker: Pastor Jeff BucknamSound design, mixing, and editing: Bryan TrippGraphic Design: Wesley CassfordSocial Media: Bryan SpahrProducer: Dave PutnamWE INVITE YOU TO CONNECT WITH US: • Website: https://www.harvestbible.org/ WE INVITE YOU TO FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA: • Instagram: @harvestbiblechapel • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/harvestbiblechapel/

Have you ever looked like you knew exactly what you were doing, only to discover that appearances can be deceiving? In John 15:1–17, Jesus teaches that genuine discipleship isn't measured by appearances or religious activity, but by the lasting fruit that comes from abiding in Him. In this message, “Branch Management,” we explore what it means to remain connected to Christ, trust the Father's pruning, and bear fruit that glorifies God. Let's get into it. When Pastor Jeff was a kid and his parents went away, they often left him a to-do list. The night before the cross, Jesus does something similar for His disciples. He's leaving, they're afraid, and He tells them exactly how to live until He returns. This is Believe! The Gospel of John. Pastor Jeff Thompson takes us through John 13 and 14 in a message called "While I'm Away." Let's get into it. Most of us remember the first time a close friend turned on us, and that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach. Jesus felt it too, and it came from one of the Twelve. So what do we make of people who follow Jesus for a while, then walk away? This is Believe! The Gospel of John. Pastor Jeff Bucknam, John 13:18–30: "The Betrayer." Let's get into it. Imagine the President showing up at your house to scrub your toilet. You'd stop him. It's beneath him. Now picture the One who holds all authority in the universe kneeling with a towel to wash dirty feet, including the feet of the man about to betray him. This is Believe! The Gospel of John. When something is too big for words, we turn to poetry. That's exactly what happens in Romans 11:33–36 — Paul is so overwhelmed by God that all he can do is burst into song. Today, Pastor Jeff Bucknam walks us through that hymn of praise, showing us a God who is wiser, better, and the whole point of it all. This is 'To Only God Be the Glory.'
