There’s something so beautiful about watching women choose themselves. In this episode, I’m talking about womanhood, decentering men, recentering ourselves, and the different ways we’re learning to pour back into who we are. From therapy and church to traveling, trying new things, and simply enjoying our lives, the girlies are really outside living! But I also think there’s something deeper happening. A lot of us aren’t just healing our inner child — we’re healing past versions of ourselves. The 20-something-year-old who didn’t know better, stayed too long, settled, or simply hadn’t figured herself out yet. Maybe this season is about giving that version of you the love, grace, and experiences she deserved. So let’s talk about womanhood, growth, healing, and what it looks like to finally choose yourself.

Quick girl chat! Independent women deserve providers too. If you’re a woman with your stuff together please don’t let society make you feel like you have to date down. You deserve an equally yoked partner.
Women are no longer settling and society can’t take it. They want us to be ok with lopsided relationships and as a whole we have put our foots down and said NO. In this episode I discuss why it’s important to not settle and why it’s important to be with an intentional partner.
In this episode, we’re talking about women with motion — women with full lives who have dreams, options, and the freedom to pick up and go at the drop of a dime. We’re also talking about what happens when people, especially men, feel threatened by that fullness and try to punish women for having a life of their own. Don’t shrink your life to make someone else comfortable. Protect your whimsical spark, keep living, keep exploring, and keep choosing YOU. In this episode I discuss bumping into your past and realizing you made the right decision all along!
In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to pull your energy back. As women, we can get so used to showing up, supporting, pouring into others, and being everything for everybody that we forget to ask ourselves, “What do I need right now?” Sometimes pulling back is simply about recentering yourself, honoring your capacity, and making sure you’re showing up for YOU, too. You can love your people, support your community, and still create more space for yourself. This is your reminder that you don’t have to disappear to protect your peace. Sometimes you just need to come back home to yourself. 🤍 Follow along: Instagram: @thesoftplacediariesTikTok: @TiaraDionneFacebook: The Soft Place Diaries
