More from Talk Like a Mother: Parenting Autism Podcast
Hey all! Just jumping back in for a little catch and look back on the beginning of our podcast.
In this catch-up episode, Kim, Jenn, and Jaime sit down to chat about all the things — Halloween fun, recent trips, and what’s been happening in life lately. From funny moments to a few honest reflections, they share updates on how things have been going with their kids — including some new (and some very familiar) behaviors that come with each season of parenting. It’s a real, relatable conversation about life, growth, and finding humor in the everyday.
In this episode of Talk Like a Mother, we dive into the real-life challenges and triumphs of sending kids back to school—especially when navigating the unique needs of children with disabilities and autism. From communicating effectively with teachers to advocating for inclusion, the conversation offers a blend of personal stories, honest reflections, and practical strategies to help parents feel more confident in supporting their children’s education.
Join us for a catch up about our summers and what's been going on in our lives.
