EP85: Top 5 Adam Sandler 90s Movies, Menace II Society Soundtrack, Miss Cleo & Stand By Me
Super RetroShow Notes
This week on the pod, we break down Adam Sandler’s top five movies of the ’90s and take a deep dive into the Menace II Society soundtrack. We also spotlight the iconic film Stand By Me for the Walkbuster Movie Club, reminisce about our first jobs, and talk about how groundbreaking GTA Radio was for gaming. Plus, we get into the pain of buying a new game and forcing yourself to like it, the legendary Miss Cleo, N64 kiosk stations at McDonald’s, and a wildly nostalgic World of Nintendo ad from a Toys “R” Us catalog. Fit checks, fan mail, retro card of the week, and mailbags were all fire—as usual.
