Indianapolis Colts CRISIS CONTINUES After FIRING GM Chris Ballard & Eagles Jalen Hurts MALPRACTICE
Locked On NFL – Daily Podcast On The National Football LeagueShow Notes
The Indianapolis Colts fired their general manager Chris Ballard on Monday morning after an embarrassing loss to the Tennessee Titans and it continues a complete freefall into crisis that the Colts have been on since midseason last year. Jalen Hurts was declared out for the season with a scary blood clot issue, but even scarier was the handling of Hurts by the Philadelphia Eagles who appeared to be negligent with their franchise quarterback. The Los Angeles Rams were Super Bowl favorites, but with a 2-4 start and a slew of injuries including Davante Adams, their championship dreams are rolling the credits. Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys have disappointed in a winnable division which could prompt big change while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are sure to fire Todd Bowles soon after their embarrassing collapse against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers still haven't won a game and Mike McDaniel could get the axe soon. The Titans got their first win of the year, but the struggles of Cam Ward at quarterback will continue to have alarm bells ringing for the wrong reasons in Tennessee.
