Love Is The Author

Episode 154 - Damien Echols

Love Is The Author

Show Notes

Damien Echols is a bestselling American author who spent nearly half his life wrongfully imprisoned on death row as one of the West Memphis Three, documented in the three-part HBO series Paradise Lost, as well as director Amy Berg's documentary West Of Memphis. This is not a conversation about true crime... it's a conversation about how meditation, spiritual study and ritual turned his prison stay into a monastery for his spiritual awakening, leading ultimately to not only his release from prison, but one of the greatest love stories ever told, and the secret recipe for forgiveness.
