10/30/26 - Mark Levin: America Is Facing a Defining Moment!

Mark Levin Podcast

Summary

The Durbin Marshall credit card mandate bill raises concerns among consumers about potential risks to data security and rewards, as it favors corporate megastores in choosing credit card processing methods. Critics argue that this could lead to untested payment networks that jeopardize consumer protections.

As the election approaches, there is a sense of urgency among Republicans to mobilize voters, particularly in key states like Texas, Maine, and Florida. Concerns are voiced about the light turnout of Republican voters, with calls for increased participation in early voting and on Election Day.

The podcast also highlights controversies surrounding Democratic candidates, particularly James Tallarico, whose past has come under scrutiny due to his alleged involvement with adult websites. Additionally, the rise of political Islam is discussed, with references to the increasing number of mosques in America and the growing political engagement of Muslim candidates.

Amidst these discussions, there are warnings about the implications of a potential Democratic victory, with fears that it could lead to the erosion of constitutional rights and the rise of radical ideologies. The importance of voting is emphasized as a means of safeguarding American values and resisting what is perceived as a shift towards Marxism and Islamism in politics.

Show Notes

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the time is now to vote early or on Election Day. Republican turnout appears weak in several key states and races across the country. Meanwhile, there’s an effort to transform American politics, culture, and institutions via political Islam. Imams speaking at Michigan Islamic institutions are caught on tape boasting that America has gone from about 1,000 mosques in the 1990s to nearly 4,000 today, calling voting a modern jihad, praising Hezbollah, and vowing to raise "soldiers of the imam" in the belly of the beast. This is revolution by immigration, a political movement that exists to take over the culture and the government, and local zoning boards and politicians have done nothing about it. Failing to vote in the election will allow these forces to gain power in the country. We need to take this election seriously, reject complacency, and turn out to vote in large numbers to defend the country’s founding principles, including freedom, individual rights, private property, and constitutional government. Marxists, Islamists, illegal immigration, and the Democratic Party threaten America’s institutions, culture, and sovereignty and seeks to undermine the nation from within. American citizens have a responsibility to protect the republic rather than rely on political leaders alone. We must prevent the erosion of the nation’s freedoms and identity. Later, Rep Mike Lawler calls in and explains that polls are failing to capture voter sentiment in NY, particularly shifting Jewish support toward Republicans; elections are determined by turnout rather than media narratives or polling predictions. This election is a choice between common sense and extremism, capitalism and Marxism, and a defense of the Judeo-Christian values, Constitution, rule of law, and principles that have defined the nation for 250 years. Afterward, Tucker Carlson was featured in Abdul El-Sayed ad trashing Mike Rogers because Rogers supports Israel. Carlson is actively trying to elect Islamists and Marxists and defeat conservatives and Republicans. Finally, there are breaking reports of a rapidly developing and potentially serious crisis in Poland. It’s a possible coup attempt centered on a confrontation at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal. U.S. Ambassador Tom Rose said the situation involved a dispute over state power and the independence of constitutional institutions, with both sides presenting conflicting accounts and thousands gathering outside the tribunal, raising concerns about possible escalation. Poland’s democratic future depends on its people, institutions, and commitment to the rule of law. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the Alaska ballot scandal is another example of an entrenched Democrat-aligned media bias. CBS staff, such as Margaret Brennan and Ed O'Keefe, resisted treating this issue as a major scandal. Democratic leaders, including Chuck Schumer, were likely aware of the effort, and this demonstrates how political operatives manipulate ballots and exploit Alaska’s election system to create voter confusion. This is a huge scandal and could affect the balance of in the Senate, but the mainstream media can't be bothered. This is why trust in media and ratings are at an all-time low. Meanwhile, these final few days before Election Day will determine not just the outcome of an election, but whether the nation preserves its identity as a free republic rooted in individual liberty, free will, capitalism, and Americanism. Previous generations risked and gave their lives to secure and preserve this country, while today citizens are only being asked to vote and encourage others to do the same. Go vote now. Also, the United States is on an unsustainable fiscal path, projections show that the federal government will spend more than $20 trillion on interest payments over the next decade, with interest costs reaching roughly $200 billion per month by 2036. The nation’s $40 trillion debt, combined with growing deficits, looming Social Security and Medicare funding shortfalls, and continued government spending, should alarm voters. Later, CBN’s David Brody calls in with an update on his daughter, Alina Brody, who is preparing to undergo salvage treatment involving immunotherapy and antibody-based therapies in hopes of achieving remission before receiving a stem cell transplant. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party is trying to steal the Senate. A New York Times report says that allies of Mary Peltola orchestrated a “Ballot Composition Project” in Alaska aimed at recruiting spoiler candidates, including another candidate named Dan Sullivan, to create voter confusion and weaken support for incumbent Senator Dan Sullivan. Campaign aides, Democratic operatives, lawyers, and officials connected to Chuck Schumer’s Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee were involved in a coordinated effort to shape the ballot. The operation sought to recruit multiple candidates to dilute the incumbent’s vote and improve Peltola’s chances in a closely watched Senate race. The objective of this plot is simple: power at all costs. Also, there are allegations surrounding Abdul El-Sayed’s family connections to Life for Relief and Development, a charity he says had members with Muslim Brotherhood ties and a history of federal investigations, FBI and U.S. military raids, sanctions violations, and a settlement with the Office of Foreign Assets Control over allegations of funneling money to Saddam Hussein’s regime. El-Sayed’s father, Dr. Mohammed El-Sayed, served on the organization’s board, while other family members were connected to related organizations that later faced scrutiny for alleged terrorist ties. Michigan needs to disregard the polling and vote. Later, Bruce Blakeman calls in and makes his closing case for New York governor. NY is in a death spiral under Kathy Hochul - high taxes, rising utility costs, job losses, population decline, and poor economic performance. Blakeman warned that the state is running out of time to reverse its decline. A victory would protect rights, reduce taxes, improve public safety, and put NY on a path toward renewal. Afterward, Netanyahu, Likud, and the conservative parties have defeated Eisenkot and the opposition non-Arab parties. Netanyahu won. Eisenkot lost. Why would President Herzog, as reported, choose the Eisenkot opposition to take the first shot a building a majority coalition when they lost to the Netanyahu coalition? And, if the Netanyahu coalition cannot pull together a majority, and the Eisenkot opposition fails, why shouldn't there be another election? Why should Netanyahu agree to a plan, also in the press, where Herzog offers Netanyahu a deal in which he is PM for 2-years plus he will pardon him on the legal charges (when, in fact, the charges have fallen to pieces and the abuses around them are now public and appalling), if Netanyahu agrees to hand the PM job to Eisenkot thereafter? Finally, Sen Ed Marrkey calls for a national strike, which mirrors a plan being promoted by the Democratic Socialists of America to disrupt the economy, create chaos through protests, road blockages, and civil unrest, and provoke a government response. Communists, Islamists, and billionaire-backed groups are organizing toward this objective. Political opponents are seeking to undermine constitutional norms, eliminate the filibuster, and use organized protests, radical unions, Antifa, and other activist groups to pressure the country if they face resistance. Such actions encourage mob rule, violence, riots, and attacks on American institutions while presenting themselves as opposition to those outcomes. Learn more about your ad choices. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the outcome of the midterm elections will be determined by voter turnout, not by polls or surveys. If you do not vote, they win. And if they win, we lose our country. President Trump is breaking his back carrying the Republican party over the finish line because he knows what's at stake. Republicans must make the case for the Constitution. Meanwhile, Israel’s election is today. Israel’s coalition-based parliamentary system is overly fragmented, and no prime minister can govern without assembling a coalition among numerous parties. According to Channel 14, Netanyahu, Likud, and the right-wing coalition are at 61-62. Despite all the spin about the opposition and the Arab parties and Likud, the largest party, lost votes, etc., if this holds the government effectively won re-election. We will know shortly. Also, there’s positive economic news - a sharp rise in consumer confidence that exceeded expectations, increasing from the prior month to 91.7 and marking the first gain in four months. This is thanks to President Trump’s efforts to grow the economy, lower costs, boost employment, and increase incomes. In contrast, if Democrats win both Houses their policies would increase spending, debt, inflation, and would threaten key institutions. Later, Sen Dan Sullivan joins the show to break down his re-election for Alaska’s Senator. This race is critical for both Alaska and the nation; Alaska serves as a firewall for freedom by helping prevent Chuck Schumer from becoming majority leader and keeping Mary Peltola from returning to Congress. Afterward, Rep Byron Donalds calls in with an update on his run for Florida Governor. Florida Republicans have built an advantage in early and absentee voting but success depends on voters continuing to turn out through Election Day. This election is a choice between maintaining Florida’s current conservative, low-tax model and moving toward larger government and higher spending. Finally, Sen Darline Graham calls in with an update on her re-election for South Carolina Senate. She is pro-life, supports law enforcement, and backs the Second Amendment, while her opponent is a radical liberal who supports abortion later in pregnancy, wants to defund the police, and has received significant compensation from an anti-gun activist groups. Graham said the race remains close because some voters are being persuaded by campaign advertising – don’t fall for it. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, ignore the flood of contradictory polls, surveys, and pundit predictions that create anxiety and confusion. The most important thing is simply to vote – straight Republican ticket. As in the United States, Israel also has a significant portion of the population that supports self-destruction. The Israeli left is partnering with Arab parties who deny Israel's right to existence. They're doing this for one purpose: power. Meanwhile, the entire Democratic party knows Abdul El-Sayed and his family are tied to CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood but are foursquare behind him anyway. The Muslim Brotherhood is the central source of many terrorist organizations and holds responsibility for the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent people. Allowing someone with such alleged connections to serve in the United States Senate is dangerous. We must draw the line against this in Michigan and across the country to prevent the nation from continuing an Islamist course. Later, Vivek Ramaswamy to discuss his run for Governor in Ohio. This election is a defining moment for Ohio; it’s a choice between conservative principles and a growing socialist agenda. Amy Acton is a figurehead for a political apparatus, avoids debates, and does not independently represent Ohio voters. We must preserve Ohio’s traditional values, rule of law, economic freedom, and individual liberty. Finally, Steve Hilton joins the show and says that his campaign for California governor is gaining momentum as he travels the state and hears growing calls for change, including from lifelong Democrats who say they plan to vote for him. He argued that recent polling shows a much closer race than traditional establishment polls suggest and said voters are increasingly frustrated with the status quo. Learn more about your ad choices. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Americans have a crucial opportunity to reject the path that France, Belgium, and Britain have taken and to do so through voting, particularly by turning out in large numbers during early voting and on Election Day. The social and political conditions in parts of Europe could spread if left unchecked. This election is about protecting liberty, honoring the sacrifices of previous generations, maintaining the American melting pot, and ensuring that cultural and religious traditions coexist without being imposed on society through intimidation, violence, or coercion. CNN is the Al-Jazeera of America. They have become closely aligned with and financially influenced by Qatar. CNN quietly removed highly favorable language about Qatar from promotional materials for its upcoming Global Perspectives forum in Doha after scrutiny. Qatar uses its money to buy influence across media, universities, politics, and public institutions, while promoting its interests through outlets such as Al Jazeera and relationships with organizations like Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. CNN’s Qatar-backed events, Doha bureau, and revised conference agenda demonstrate that the network has compromised its journalistic independence. CNN has effectively become a vehicle for advancing Qatari interests rather than operating as an independent news organization. Later, we need to continue to reach people across the country and around the world to help turn out voters, clarify the mission, and encourage participation in the election, regardless of polls, surveys, commentators, or experts. The ultimate decision about the country's future rests with the American people, not pollsters. Election predictions have shifted from expectations of a sweeping Democrat victory to increasing uncertainty among so-called experts. We need to vote early, and bring friends, family, and members of their social and religious communities to vote as well. France serves as a warning that civilization is not immortal. Western countries have ignored signs of social and cultural decline for decades. Nations that admit or tolerate people who hate their societies risk undermining their own survival. A civilization cannot survive if it continually weakens itself by welcoming people who oppose its values and interests. France’s unrest is partly the result of allowing in people hostile to the country; Britain faces a similar danger, and the United States could experience the same fate if it follows a similar path.
