What to do in the 90 days before your launch—without annoying your followers and subscribers
Imperfect ActionShow Notes
When I tell people a launch needs to be 90 days, they're usually shocked — surely you can't talk about your product for 90 days without really annoying your subscribers and followers?! But, there's so much more to a launch, well beyond what your product is actually about. In today's episode, I'm sharing more about what to do in the 90 days before opening doors to a launch.
- The importance of crafting and validating your messaging and your offer rather than *guessing* what problem you solve and who you solve it for. - Why focusing on growing your audience—especially your email list—will help to build your audience with the *right* people for your offer. - Why educating and nurturing your audience makes up the bulk of your launch content. - The different types of "things" you need to get ready for your launch, such as your sales page, cart open emails, webinar etc.

This is a different episode to the usual one—because it's my last episode for a while! That's right, I'm packing my life into storage, getting behind the wheel of a van and I'm taking a mini-sabbatical. So in today's episode, I'm sharing *why* I'm taking some time off and how I'm reshaping my business as I move forward.
If you're not launching, then you still need to be selling. Live launching is a way to get things done in a relatively short time frame so that you can have some time and space instead of the constant sell. In today's episode, I'm sharing how live launching has created so much more freedom and ease in my business compared to when I was doing 1:1 client work.
As most online business owners are already aware, times are changing when it comes to growing your audience. It's no longer just about building your numbers, it's about attracting the right people to the business that *you* want to build. In today's episode, I'm sharing the 4-part formula for audience growth that won't cost you a cent.
Kate Clifton is the owner of "Kate Languages" and offers teacher trainings, CPD hours and teaching resources for language teachers. She's also a member of my Conversion Campaigns membership community and recently ran a 4-day limited time bonus campaign to bring over £1000 into her business in a weekend. In today's episode, Kate's joining me to share her experience of generating this quick cash injection into her business.
It's easy to get caught up thinking that your business needs to grow B-I-G into some giant empire. But what do you really want? The thing about huge business growth is that it comes with a whole lot more responsibility. In today's episode, I'm sharing more about my journey as my business grew and why it's totally okay to be happy with where your business is at right now.
