Exclusive McBee Dynasty texts reveal why Kristi McBee may have called Allie Eklund a “paid actress.”
According to the messages, Allie’s manager demanded more pay than longtime cast members Galyna Saltkovska, Kacie Adkison, Kristi McBee, and Alli Ventresca, even though Allie was entering the show as Steven McBee Jr.’s new girlfriend.
The texts appear to show Allie was going to walk if production did not meet the higher rate, and Steven fought to get her paid. In the end, according to Steven, she got her way, making her higher paid than women who had been on the show for three seasons.
